1. Palm jaggery tincture:

In a cup of water, add pepper, Justicia adhatoda( Malabar nut ), and Palm jaggery and bring to a boil. Boil this water and allow it to cool for half an hour. Drinking this tincture will help a lot in relieving cough. Also, this Palm jaggery tincture is very beneficial in relieving fever associated with cough.

2. Justicia adhatoda( Malabar nut ) , pepper, and honey:

Squeeze the leaves of the Malabar nut and squeeze the juice. Cough can be cured by taking a mixture of Malabar nut juice, pepper powder, and honey. It is also beneficial to consume only the Malabar nut juice and honey without adding pepper in the morning and at night before going to bed.

3. Mint and honey:

Boil water with mint leaves. Add two teaspoons of honey to it and drink it to relieve cough.
